Troubleshooting

 

Display

Occurrence

Cause

Action

•  The LCD is dim.

•  The equipment is operated 

using the internal battery

•  The equipment is in the night 

mode. (When the night mode 
is enabled)

•  The brightness becomes two levels lower during 

internal battery operation or night mode operation.

•  If it is not the case, contact TERUMO trained service 

technicians.

•  The keypad lock icon 

 is 

displayed.

•  The keypad lock is on.

•  Press and hold the Back/Mute switch for 2 seconds or 

more to release the keypad lock.

•  Displays are irregular and the 

buzzer sounds.

•  The pump is defective.

•  Contact TERUMO trained service technicians to 

request repair.

•  The power turns off 

unexpectedly.

•  The pump is defective.

•  Contact TERUMO trained service technicians to 

request repair.
