UVFlow disinfection units are warranted to be free
from defects in material and workforce for one year from the
date of shipment from the factory in Argentina. The legal or
otherwise obligation under this Warranty is limited to:
Coverage
Terragene
®
agrees to remedy UVC product failures under
these conditions:
•The replacement or repair of the part which has material or
workforce defects after being inspected by Terragene
®
or any
Terragene
®
qualified supplier.
Product warranty
Liability
Terragene
®
is not responsible for any personal injury, damage,
or delay caused by failure to follow the installation, operation,
and maintenance instructions and procedures contained in
this manual. Under no circumstances should the equipment
be used on humans. Disinfection equipment that includes
UVC technology must be used only on inanimate surfaces, air,
and or water. Buyer accepts responsibility for checking that
the equipment is not otherwise used and shall indemnify and
hold Seller harmless from all liability
(including liability arising
from Seller's negligence) arising from such misuse.
Warranty Claims
Terragene
®
products are manufactured under the highest
quality standards and have a reliable and long-lasting
performance expectation. However, should the need for a
warranty claim arise, contact your Terragene
®
representative.
Coverage and Limitations
If you have questions about possible long-term storage
treatment services, contact your local Terragene
®
sales
representative.
Transportation and storage
•These failures are reported to a Terragene
®
representative
within the warranty period.
•This warranty does not obligate Terragene
®
to bear the cost
of labor or transportation charges in connection with the
replacement or repair of defective parts, nor does it apply to
equipment on which repairs or alterations have been made
unless authorized by Terragene
®
.
•The product is used only under the conditions described in
this manual.
•The monitoring equipment incorporated in the product is
properly connected and in use.
•No warranty is made concerning the tablet, or commercial
accessories, which are subject to the warranties of their
respective manufacturers.
•No express, implied, or statutory warranty is made in addition
to that stipulated or authorized by Terragene
®
.
•In no event shall Terragene
®
be liable for any damages or
contingent liabilities arising out of the failure or damage of any
equipment over others or the improper operation of its parts.
•All repair and service work is performed by Terragene
®
's
authorized personnel.
•Genuine UVC parts are used.
Limitations
The warranty does not cover failures caused by the following
situations:
•Deficient maintenance.
•Modifications or changes to the product and installation
made without prior consultation with Terragene
®
.
•Repair work improperly performed.
•Normal wear and corrosion.
•Disassembly of the equipment.
