Replace the Mast Lift Cable
Terex specifi cations require that this procedure be
performed every two years.
The mast cable is responsible for the raising
and lowering of the mast and lights. Regular
replacement of the mast cables is essential to
good machine performance and safe machine
operation.
1 Replace both mast lift cables. Refer to Repair
Procedure 1-1, How to Replace the Mast Lift
Cable .

be performed every 2000 hours or bi-annually,
whichever comes fi rst.
