Fixture Receiver
Interface—Z1860-NB,
Z1860
The Z1860-NB and Z1860 have 2048 prewired pins that connect to the driver/receiver
boards through the receiver interface. Each point has stimulus, measurement, and guarding
capabilities for analog and digital testing. Additional interface pins are provided for DUT
power supplies, relay array connections, grounds, and other auxiliary features.

1 Guide Pins Align fixture on fixture receiver interface.
2 Receiver Vacuum Port Enables fixture to be pulled down on interface.
3 Rear Well Switch Senses when a double well fixture is used and turns on
rear well vacuum.
4 Probes Provide electrical connection between test fixture and
tester.
5 Interface Seal Provides a vacuum seal between the fixture and tester.
