Fixture Receiver
Interface
The vacuum-actuated fixture receiver assembly is recessed into the console tabletop. It
provides the interface between the tester and the board test fixture.

Interface—Z1890,
Z1888, Z1880, Z1808,
Z1805, Z1803 Plus
Z1890, Z1888, Z1880-2, Z1808-2, Z1805-2, and Z1803-2 testers have 2048 prewired pins
that connect to the driver/receiver boards through the receiver interface. The Z1880-1,
Z1808-1, Z1805-1, and Z1803-1 testers have 1024 prewired pins. Additional interface pins
are provided for DUT power supplies, user relay array connections, grounds, and other
auxiliary features.

2 Rear Well Switch
(Not present in single well
systems.) Senses when a double well fixture is used and turns on
rear well vacuum.
3 Receiver Vacuum Port Enables fixture to be pulled down on interface.
4 Probes Provide electrical connection between test fixture and
tester.
5 Interface Seal Provides a vacuum seal between the fixture and tester.
