LUBRICATION

ENGINE

Check the engine oil level daily. Change the engine

oil and oil filter after every 50 hours of operation.

Change the engine oil more frequently if the

environment is extremely dusty. Use only CD or CE

rated engine oil.

The following SAE oil grades are general

recommendations for engines during the changing

seasonal temperatures.

recommendation for the temperatures involved. The

engine oil capacity is 7 qt (6.6 L) with filter.

REAR WHEEL SUPPORT PIVOT

There is a grease fitting which is used to lubricate

the rear wheel support pivot bearing.

Access to the grease fitting is through the center rear

access door. Apply a general purpose, water

resistant, lithium base, moly---disulphide EP grease

after every 200 hours of operation.

The steering gear has been lubricated at the factory

and should not require any additional lubricant

unless a massive leak occurs.

A square head plug located on the left side of the

steering gearbox is provided to fill the steering gear

The proper lubricant is grade 1 calcium soap base

EP grease.
