menu operation softkeys on the right and bottom of the display.
•
The centre of the active label will be in the colour corresponding to that of the
current channel, or grey in system setting and the characters are white.
Labels on the right of the screen
•
The labels will be highlighted when selected.
•
The six softkey labels at the bottom of the screen will display options related to the
label on the right.
•
Note: if the currently selected label has more than one sub-catalogue, the
displayed options on the bottom screen are not necessarily the sub-catalogues of
the label. For instance, if types of key label are highlighted, the sub-labels for types
of waveforms will be at the bottom of the screen, which are the sub-catalogue of
types of key label.
•
If you press the
Menu
button, the wave label will be highlighted on the right,
however the labels at the bottom of the screen remain unchanged, though are not
sub-catalogues of Wave.
•
When the label on the right includes more than six options, press the label again to
access the next screen to view more options.
Sub-labels at the bottom of the screen
•
When sub-label options are from the Type menu, these labels will be highlighted
when active.
•
When the sub-labels are from the Params menu or the Utility menu, the sub-label
options correspond with parameters and are also highlighted around the edges
with the same colour as that of the current channel, or grey when in the Utility
menu.
•
Once a sub-label has been selected, rotating the multipurpose knob or pressing
the left and right buttons will cycle through the parameter that correspond to the
sub-label.
•
Use the multipurpose knob if you want to modify the parameter, press the
multipurpose knob to begin editing the setting. Press the knob again when editing
is over.
•
If “sub-label” has been selected instead of “editing” status, turning the
multipurpose knob or pressing the directional buttons along with the label,
enables the switch between different labels (switch between different parameters
accordingly in the parameter list).
•
To modify parameters, you can enter the numbers directly using the numeric
keypad, with the left arrow button as a delete function in this mode.
•
Select the desired unit using the softkeys options at the bottom of the screen to
confirm and exit editing.
Waveform Parameter List
•
All parameters related to the current waveform will be listed on the screen.
•
They can also be accessed by pressing the Params softkey on the right of the
screen.
•
When the parameters are highlighted, it can be edited.

To use the multipurpose knob, press it once and rotate it to increase or decrease
the number selected, using the left and right buttons to select different digits.
