If the screen is blank and has no display, even after the on/off button has been

pressed:

Make sure power supply is firmly connected to the Generator.

•

Make sure the master power switch on the rear panel is in good contact and has

been switched to “I”.

•

Restart the Generator

No Waveform Output

•

If th

e settings are correct, but there is no waveform output:

•

Make sure the BNC cable is properly connected to the channel output connector

•

Make sure

CH1

CH2

button has been pressed.

•

Save the current settings of the Generator to the USB, then restore the factory

settings and reboot the Generator.

Unable to recognise USB

•

Make sure the USB can work normally.

•

Make sure the USB in use is flash type, rather than hard-disc type as the

Generator does not support the latter.
