For
Multiple-company application
it is possible to use 2 or more T11-T12 systems, programming the PBX
to divert incoming calls for company 1 on lines 1/2 connected to the first T12, and incoming calls for company
2 on lines 3/4 connected to the second. A common
Timer
may switch day/night messages (that may be
different) for both companies.
If even the working hours are different, there will be required two distinct timers, or to switch using a DTMF
telephone and calling lines connected to the systems.
If one T12 is provided with the
Music on Hold
board T7005 (optional), it will provide a further line for the user
holding on the PBX lines, during traffic divertion. Note that this line will be unique for both companies.
The
Alarm telephone dialer
contacts
are indipendents and may be associated to two different numbers or
one for both companies. There are two distinct
Remote control relay contacts,
in order to drive on/off low
power devices (max 50V – 200mA).
Version T11S e T12S are provided with an
Answering machine service board
with telephone line
notification of new messages that may work distinctly for each company.
NOTE
It is possible to use two T12 system for only one Company, but consider that:
1. The systems must be programmed the same way and with the same messages.
2. Timer for automatic switch between Day/Night must be connected to both systems.
3. It is mandatory to use a double internal bunch of two lines with distinct numbers, in order to access to
the systems independently in remote programming mode.
4. It is not advisable to provide the system with a double Answering machine option, in order to avoid
unnecessary duplication of messages. Besides, consider to use automatic notification service
towards a single number only.
