  Parameter 45 “enable answering machine” has effect only if the system is supplied with the 

optional board in order to manage messages of the answering machine. This board is 
provided with the basic T11S/T12S systems. 

 

¾

  Parameter of the numbers associated with single digits may be left blank (empty). In this case 

the caller will not be enabled for quick extension selection.Otherwise, when these parameter 
are filled, always remember to describe all available choices in the opening greeting, that is 
“…press 1 to be connected with Sales Department… “ and so on, while the menu 
presentation, that is the foregoing message “Automated attendant system”, is automatically 
provided by the system when the answering machine feature is enabled.
