Menu Options
The main menu offers choices for Event Viewer, Devices, Shut Down, and Tests.
While in the menu system, the NET-PATH times out when it detects no activity for
one minute. The system automatically logs you out and returns to the main screen.
Figure 4-5 shows the LCD display after pressing the Right arrow navigation button.

From the main menu, navigate using the four arrow navigation buttons located to the
right of the LCD display. The menu selection cursor (>) tells the system which item to
select when you press the right arrow button. When a menu contains more lines than
the LCD can display, the scroll cursor indicator (
v
) appears at the bottom left. Push
the up or down arrow buttons to scroll through the display.
Event Viewer
Event Viewer data is only available when utilizing LCD actions. Select Event Viewer
to display information resulting from an LCD action. The following screen appears.

Event Viewer data is only available when using LCD actions. Select Historical View
to display the last fifty LCD actions, in order by date. The most current LCD action
appears at the top of the list. Choose the Real Time View to display LCD actions as
they occur.
Devices Menu
Option
The Main Menu’s Device option contains sub-menus for the different devices in the
NET-PATH. These sub-menus are:

Alarm LED
•
Buzzer
•
Contact Sensors
•
Modems
•
Relays
•
Serial Ports
•
Temp. Sensors
Some devices display information only, while others allow interaction with the device
to change its status.
Alarm LED
Select the Alarm LED to turn off the Alarm LED indicator on the NET-PATH.
