4.4 Deleting individual numbers from the phonebook
1. Enter the phonebook. The display will show the first stored
number in alphabetical order.
2. Use the
p
and
q
buttons to select the entry you wish to
delete. Press the MENU button.
3. Use the p and q buttons to select DELETE ENTRY .
4. Press the MENU button again.
5. The display shows CONFIRM? . Press the MENU button.
6. If you wish to delete more numbers, go back to step 4. To exit
from the programming mode, press the button.
4.5 Deleting the entire phonebook
1. Press the MENU button. Press the MENU again to select
PHONEBOOK .
2. Use the
p
and
q
buttons to select DELETE ALL . Press the
MENU button again.
3. The display shows CONFIRM? . Press the MENU button
again.
4. To exit from the programming mode, press the button.
4.6 Storing a phonebook entry in the quickdial memory
Up to 9 numbers can be stored in your phone’s quickdial memory.
1. Press the MENU button. Press the MENU again to select
PHONEBOOK .
2. Use the
p
and
q
buttons to select DIRECT MEM . Press the
MENU button.
3. Use the
p
and
q
buttons to select KEY 1-9 . Press the MENU
button again. The display shows NO ENTRY .
4. Press the MENU button again. The display shows ADD .
5. Press the MENU button again to add an entry from the
phonebook.
6. Use the
p
and
q
buttons to select the entry you want. Press
the MENU button to confirm.
7. Press the button to return to standby.
