Four tasks are defined with differenet features:

1) Toggle gpio_test0 once every 23ms.

2) gpio_test1 uses 7ms/17ms toggle timer.

3) Delete gpio_test2 after 5s, which can be implemented by invoking

“blt_soft_timer_delete(&gpio_test2)” or “return -1”.

4) Toggle gpio_test3 once every 27ms.
