9.1 LAN extension over a PDH/SDH network
In this example, a remote office is connected to a central office over a PDH or SDH network.
A modem link connects the remote office to the PDH or SDH network. At the local office a Telindus 1031
Router is installed. The central router is a third party router. The WAN encapsulation is PPP with active
link monitoring.
The configuration of the Telindus 1031 Router in CLI format is as follows:
