ID="WBT 1.2"
Adds a unique ID to the update.
The ID string is read by the client and checked against
an ID stored locally. If the ID’s match the update is
skipped. If the ID’s do not match the update is
attempted. If the ID is left blank “<Package>” the
update always attempted.
