5. The results of the test will be saved to the log file (*.log) if the

box is selected.
6. Click the
Start Test
button. The selected tests will run (see the DVS Operation
Manual for details on the test printouts). A green check mark next to the test
name indicates the test passed. If a selected test fails, a red
X
will be placed next
to the test name and a dialog box will prompt if you want to continue testing.
7. Click
OK
to exit the
Test DVS
screen.
These tests should be run in the deployed environment to achieve good
results.
Verify/Set Temperature and HPR Sensor
If you have upgraded the DSP board, the Temperature and Heading/Pitch/Roll sensor type
needs to be set in the firmware or at least verify that these are correctly set.
1. Connect and power up the DVS as shown in Figure 1.
2. Start the DVS
software.
3. At the DVS Wizard Startup Options screen, click
Begin Terminal Session with a
DVS
. Click
Next
.
4. On the DVS Terminal screen, type
CR1
