2.4. Privacy / Data protection
Your privacy and the protection of your data is
very important to us. Therefore, we ask you to
observe the following pieces of advice.

For maximum security, the door intercom
uses the same encryption technology as your
online banking system. For your protection, it
does not use any port extensions or DnyDNS.
▸
The maximum security data centre for app
remote access via the internet is located in
Germany and is operated according to the
strictest German security standards.
▸
In many countries, the video and voice feed
may only be transmitted, after a visitor has
rung your door bell (for privacy protection,
configurable via the app).
▸
Please perform the installation in such a way
that the camera coverage does not cover any
more than the immediate entry area outside
your front door.
▸
The door intercom is equipped with an
integrated visitor log, but this function may be
activated/deactivated as you wish (privacy).
When this function is enabled, up to 20 visi-
tors are logged directly into the door intercom
together with an image and a date and time
stamp of their visit.
▸
Where necessary, please indicate the instal-
lation of a video door intercom at a suitable
location and in a corresponding form.
▸
Please observe all country-specific legal provi-
sions for the operation of video door intercom
systems as they apply to your location of
installation.
To change the labels, please first remove the door station
cover.

Then, insert the paper label into the provided opening
inside the label holder.
Then return the cover back onto the station – done.
