The default settings of the TAXI radio remote control are as follows:
-keys 1,2,3,4: single transmission
-key 5: transmission repeated for 20 seconds
The procedures for modifying these settings are listed in the next section;
for user code memorization, refer to the instructions of the radio receiver.
This radio remote control enables users to configure the key functions
(repetition or single transmission) and the duration of repetition.
Press and hold down the keys shown for about 3 seconds, until
1 to 4 LEDs remain on.
This indicates the remote
control's key configuration and
allows it to be changed if required:
1 LED on:
- outside keys (1,2,3 and 4 in fig.1) give single transmission
(normal)
- central key (5 in fig.1) gives repeated transmission.
there is a different code combined with each key.
2 LEDs on:
- all keys (1,2,3, 4 and 5 in fig.1) give repeated transmission.
- the same code (the one of the central key) is associated to all
the keys.
3 LEDs on:
- all keys (1,2,3, 4 and 5 in fig.1) give repeated transmission.
- there is a different code combined with each key.
4 LEDs on:
- all keys (1,2,3, 4 and 5 in fig.1) give single transmission
(normal).
- there is a different code combined with each key.
To change the configuration, use keys 1 and 3,
select the option required and then confirm with the
central key (key 5).
To view the repetition time set , proceed as follows:
Press and hold down the keys shown for about 3 seconds, until
a number of LEDs (1 to 4) remain on.
Press the key shown (key 2); a number of LEDs will start to
blink:
1 LED blinking:
- maximum repetition time 10 seconds (5 transmissions)
2 LEDs blinking:
- maximum repetition time 20 seconds (7 transmissions)
3 LEDs blinking:
- maximum repetition time 30 seconds (8 transmissions)
4 LEDs blinking:
- maximum repetition time 40 seconds (9 transmissions)
To modify the time, use keys 1 and 3 then confirm with the
central key (key 5).
