Soldering iron (and tip) that provides a higher temperature (700 °F) for proper
melting of the lead-free solder.
If you are using syringe paste, a hot air gun capable of providing temperatures
slightly higher than 700 ºF.
Preparation for Module
Removal
Equipment Required. Most modules in the instrument can be removed with a
screwdriver handle mounted with a size T-10 or T-15 Torx® screwdriver tip. All
equipment required to remove and reinstall the modules is listed. (See Table 7
on page 23.)
