Upgrading Instrument Software

Download the

rmware onto your instrument

from the USB memory device by performing
the following procedure:

Insert the USB memory device
containing the WfmUpgrd folder with the

rmware.pkg

le into the USB drive of

the instrument.

Press

CONFIG > Utilities > System

Upgrade > Upgrade Options > USB
Upgrade

Press the right arrow key to highlight

Press SEL

and then press the

SEL

button to start the upgrade process.
When the software upgrade completes,
reboot the instrument by disconnecting
the power supply and then pressing the
Power button.

Network Upgrade

Repeat step 1 through step 4 in the
previous procedure.

Download the selected software to a PC.

Click the downloaded archive and extract
the archived

les into a directory of your

choice.

Extract the following

les: transfer.exe,

rmware.pkg and readme.txt.

From the

CONFIG > NETWORK

SETTINGS

menu, write down the

number listed for the

IP Address

. This

address will also appear on the update
screen.
