Profile PRO Series

Setting Timecode

You can set timecode crosspoints, select drop-frame timecode, or select
timecode panel display and generators.

Selecting How to Display Timecode on a Panel

The Timecode Setup dialog box enables you to set the timecode display and the
timecode source on a channel to the values required for your application.

1. Click in a panel to select it.

2. Choose

Options | Select Timecode

to open the Timecode Setup dialog box.

The Timecode Setup dialog box is divided into two groups:

Display on Panel

and

Timecode Generator Settings

.

3. Select the timecode to be displayed on the panel from the

Display on Panel

group:

LTC Input

 is a separate signal input via the genlock card.

VITC Input

 is the timecode from the VITC input signal.
