Cleaning and
Maintenance
Caution:
Disconnect the appliance from the mains power
supply before any operation.
Caring for the easy clean enamel
Use nylon brushes or sponges with warm soapy
water to clean enamelled surfaces such as the
bottom of the oven. Clean when the oven is
cold. Use oven-cleaning products only on
enamelled surfaces and always follow the
manufacturer’s instructions.
Caution:
Do not clean the oven interior with steam or
pressurised water cleaning equipment. Do not
use metal scouring pads, wire brushes or any
utensil that can scratch the enamel.
Instructions for removal of the shelf supports
and the rear panel

Remove all accessories from inside the
oven.

Pull on the supports (C), loosening the screw
(D). Fig. 1

To remove the back panel, remove the
screws (E). Fig. 2

To assemble, carry out the steps in reverse
order.
Caution:
For your safety, never operate the oven without
the rear panel that protects the fan.
Cleaning the oven exterior and accessories
Clean the outside of the oven and accessories
with warm soapy water or with a mild detergent.
Take great care when cleaning stainless steel
surfaces. Use only sponges or cloths that do
not scratch.
Do not use metal scouring pads, wire brushes
or commercially available or abrasive powder
cleansers to clean the oven door as they could
scratch the surface and cause the glass
to break.
You can remove the door to make cleaning
easier; to do so:

Open the door.

Lift up the two latches (F). Fig. 3

Close the door so that the two latches slot
together. Fig. 4

Raise the door with both hands holding on to
both sides, lift up and pull out the oven door
until the hinges are fully detached (G). Fig. 5
To assemble the door, carry out the steps in
reverse order.
Cleaning the Door with Large Inner Glass
Panel
Instructions for removing / replacing inner
glass panels

Open the oven door.

Lift up the two latches (N), to stop the door
from pivoting. Fig. 6

Apply pressure with your fingers over Point
1 located on the upper part of both sides of
the oven door. Fig. 7

Continue to apply pressure to Point 1 and
pull on the seal above the door. Fig. 8

The glass panels inside the door will loosen
and can be easily cleaned with glass cleaner
and a cloth.
Caution:
If you have not stopped the pivoting action of
the door with the latch (N), take great care
when removing the inner glass panels, as the
oven door will close.
