• If you wish to change the cooking time:
- press the timer button

• If you wish to change the cooking temperature:
- press the temperature button

Press the Start / Stop button to start
(fig. 8)
. Cooking will start. The cooking
time is counted down in steps of one second. At the end of the cooking time,
the oven will turn off automatically.
You can stop the oven before the end of the cooking time by pressing the
Start / Stop button
(fig. 8)

- Press Start / Stop once: the digital display will indicate 3 minutes. The
oven will stop automatically in 3 minutes, after the steam has been
cleared.
- Press Start / Stop twice: the oven will stop.
• The temperature
can be set in steps
of 5°C. The
temperature for
steam cooking is
between 70°C and a
maximum of 100°C
(fig. 14).
• During cooking, the
time and
temperature can
be adjusted using
the + / - buttons
(fig. 12).
• After oven or
combined cooking,
allow the oven to
cool for 5 to 10
minutes before
starting to steam
cook.
• Insert the bottom shelf. Place the grill pan and the juice tray on the shelf
(fig. 16)
. Close the oven. Select oven mode by pressing the “SELECT”
button twice
(fig. 17)
. When cooking meat, put a little water in the grill pan
to collect the fat and cooking juices. The default setting for oven cooking is
120°C for 10 minutes.

temperature to 70°C using the + button
(fig. 12)
. The default setting for
steam cooking is 70°C for 10 minutes.

In steam cooking
mode: you can cook
two dishes at once.
Above the grill pan
and the first dish,
insert the top shelf
and the second juice
tray on the step (fig. 15).
