Grounding is performed using the high resistance detected by the output
voltage detection and the ground short circuit. Therefore, remove the voltage
connected to the output terminal to detect the high resistance and power cell output
cable and measure.
The steps are as follows:
Step 6: Disconnect the cable at VFD output (U, V, W), and disconnect the
ground wire of the output voltage detection board.
Step 7: Stay away from the test points.
Step 8: Connect the positive pole of the megohmmeter to VFD output (U
phase) terminal, and the negative pole to ground (the main grounding
copper bar of the inverter).
Step 9: Measure continuously for 1 min and record test result.
Step 10: Repeat Step 8 and Step 9 for V phase and W phase.
After the measurement is completed, recover to connect cables for U, V, W
output cables and grounding cable.
