If you wish the latest setting to be stored, for example, concerning the snow quality, once more after having turned
off the control unit, you must feed in the number 2. If you would like, for example
,
feed in the snow quality setting
(2), the spotlight (32) and the vertical positioning (128), so you have to insert 162 in the E2prom (2 + 32 + 128 =
162) and so on.

TART FOR THE
M20
SNOW MACHINE
Bring the main switch on to (on) position 1, so lighting the display on the service console.
Press the:
key on the keyboard for hand operation.
Manual operation is now active, if the
HAND
symbol lights up on the upper left part of the display.
The spotlight can be turned on if required by pressing the
key.
Switch on the heating by pressing the
key. As a result the water jets, nucleators, the condensation
discharger and the outlet valve of the filters will be heated. After the heating phase the valve closes
automatically and the control unit begins the heating, on and off at given intervals (the duration depending on
the outside temperature).
Drive the compressor by means of the
key. Check for an evenly distributed air flow trough all
nulceators.
ATTENTION:
Before starting up the ventilator fan (turbine) you must be absolutely sure
that the ventilator pipe is free (in the suction area as well as in the
streaming area). The impeller wheel of the ventilator must be able to
freely turn and must in no case be frozen.
Drive the ventilator by means of the
key. The snow machine must run
vibration free
otherwise it must
be
immediately shut down,
the cause being then ascertained and remedied.
Slowly open water hydrants, at the same time checking for leaks in the supply.
In the case of switching over from automatic machines the manual keyboard will be activated for hand
operation. With the
key as many jets will be added as are pressed and with the
jets will be cut.
