> Using the <Tune or Tune> buttons, select one of the following options:
[DD-MM-YYYY] (day, month, year)
[MM-DD-YYYY] (month, day, year)
> Press the Select button to confirm.
9.4 Display brightness
You can set the display brightness for both operation and standby (only available when
the radio is connected to mains power).
>
In the sub-menu [System] , use the <Tune or Tune> buttons to select the
[Backlight] entry, and then press the Select button.
> Select one of the following functions using the <Tune or Tune> buttons and then
press the Select button:
[Operation] regulates brightness in the normal operating status. You can choose
between [High] , [Medium] and [Low] brightness intensities. Using the <Tune or
Tune> buttons, select a brightness intensity and press the Select button to save.
[Standby] regulates the brightness in standby mode. You can choose between
[High] , [Medium] and [Low] brightness intensities. Using the <Tune or Tune>
buttons, select a brightness intensity and press the Select button to save.
[Auto-Dim] automatically dims the display to the brightness value of the
Standby setting following the expiration of the set time. In the [Off] setting, the
display always remains active at the On setting .
9.5 Language
> In the sub-menu [System] , use the <Tune or Tune> buttons to select the
[Language] entry, and then press the Select button.
> Using the <Tune or Tune> buttons, select one of the available languages and
confirm the selection by pressing the Select button.
9.6 Factory settings
If you change the location of the device, e.g. when moving house, it is possible that
the saved stations may no longer be received. In this case you can reset the device to
factory settings to delete all the saved stations and then initiate a new scan.
> In the sub-menu [System] , use the <Tune or Tune> buttons to select the
[Factory setting] entry, and then press the Select button.
