SYSTEM SETTINGS - PARENTAL CATEGORY
The parental category settings enable you to restrict the
playback of discs with a particular rating.
You may want to activate parental control settings if you
want to restrict accessibility to movies above a certain
censorship rating.
If parental control has been activated, it will be necessary
to enter a four digit (user defined) password before
playing a movie with a rating over the censorship limit
you have set.
To check the current parental settings:
Navigate to the Parental category of the Settings

Menu.
A window will open which will display the current parental
settings.
Parental control:
Choose this option to switch Parental Control on or off
(factory setting). When Parental Control is set on, any
viewing restrictions set within this category will be
applied.
NOTE: Once Parental Control has been activated for
the first time, the Parental Password will be required to
open the edit window. The default password is 0000. If
you have set Parental Control ‘On’, then it is advisable to
change the Parental Password to a new number. Ensure
that you have made a note of the new password.
Parental level:
Choose this option to set the censorship limit that your
player will play when Parental Control is set ‘On’.
Parental Password:
Choose this option to change the parental control
password.
To change settings in the language category, press

P
button.
The parental settings edit window will open.
You can now edit the parental settings.
