Wireless settings
SSID root: XXXXXXX
Wi-Fi password: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
On the bottom of the CGA4233 you can find a label with the following information:
• The
SSID root
(for example: 1A2B3C4)
The network name of both the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz access point will end with
this value (for example: TCH
1A2B3C4
).
• The
Wi‑Fi password
.
This password is used to secure the wireless communication between your wireless
devices.
Before you start: check the status of the wireless interface
If the
Wi‑Fi
LED on the front panel is off then press and hold the
Wi‑Fi
button for
approximately three seconds until the
Wi‑Fi
LED lights up.
Connecting a wireless device using WPS (preferred method)

Make sure that you know how to start WPS Push Button
Configuration (PBC) on your wireless device. For more
information, consult the documentation of your device.

Press the
WPS
button on the front panel of the
CGA4233 for at least three seconds.

The
WPS
LED on the front panel starts blinking.

Within two minutes, start WPS on your wireless device.

After maximum two minutes, your wireless device will be
connected. If your device is not connected, try again or
connect your wireless devices manually.
Connecting a wireless device manually
If your wireless device does not support WPS or you prefer
connect it manually, configure your wireless device with
the
SSID
(network name) and
Wi‑Fi password
printed on
the bottom label of your CGA4233. For more information,
consult the user documentation of your wireless device.
