Mechanical causes the motor does not turn
Solution:
Remove the motor from the mount and test if the motor
can run smoothly. As shown in Figure 2-2

mechanical part of the cause according to the
mechanical troubleshooting method.

Motor (serial number 065) plug position is
not correct.
Solutions:
