VFO Mode
PLEASE NOTE: only available in the amateur radio version TeCom-DB-H
Frequency Entry
In single band mode, the tx and rx frequencies of one channel can differ.
1. Switch to single band mode with the TDR key [
TDR
] (7).
2. Enter the rx frequency first, then, the tx frequency. Frequencies are
automatically stored.
Frequency Reverse
If different rx and tx frequencies are used for one channel, frequency re-
verse is available in single band mode.
Hold the reverse key [
#SET
] (11). The display will show

. Continue
holding the reverse key until the single band frequency display returns.
Now, rx and tx frequencies are reversed. The letter
R
appears on the
upper side of the display.
To return to the original rx-tx setup, press the reverse key [
#SET
] (11)
again.
PLEASE NOTE: all frequency relevant settings, e.g. CTCSS codes are af-
fected by the reverse function.
Storage of Frequencies
To store manually set frequencies, press the menu key [
MENU
] (6) follo-
wed by the TDR key [
TDR
] (11).
Next, select the channel number where this frequency should be stored
and save this setting with the TDR key [
TDR
] (11).
