VIDEO OUTPUT

 

 Select CVBS, YPbPr. 

 

TV DISPLAY 

4:3PS

 

  Select  this  format  to  display  4:3  images  without 

distorting the picture. (In this case, black bands will appear on 
left and right of the screen). 

4:3LB

 

 

Select this format when the unit is connected to a 4:3 

TV. Wide-screen images are shown on the screen with black bands on the top and bottom.

 

16:9

 

 Select this format to play wide-screen videos in full-screen mode. 

 

TV TYPE

 

 Select the system PAL, AUTO, NTSC that corresponds to your TV.

 

 

COLOR SETTING

 

 Adjust the picture quality: BRIGHTNESS, CONTRAST, HUE, SATURATION. 

 

RESOLUTION

 

This function allows the user to select the screen resolution for HDMI output. 

Note: 

 

If your TV or monitor does not support HDCP, a blue screen without a picture appears when playing 

DVD discs which are protected by copyright.

 

 The HDMI output options depend on the TV system selected (PAL or NTSC). 

 See your TV instruction manual for more information on how to select the video input source. 

 Please make sure your HD TV supports the high resolution selected.

 AUTO PCM or OFF.

When various angles are available, a camera 

symbol  appears  on  the  screen  to  show  that  the  DVD  offers 
several  different  angles.  Select 

Off

  and  the  camera  symbol 

will disappear.

 

SCREEN SAVER

 

 

ON: Enable the screen saver function.

 

OFF: Disable the function.

 

LAST MEMORY 

 ON: Enable this function which enables you 

to  start  the  DVD  at  the  point  where  it  was  stopped.  OFF: 
Disable the function. 

VERSION

 

 To display the software version number. 

DEFAULT

 

 Restore to factory default settings.

Note: This page is available only in STOP mode. 

PARENTAL 

You can set up ratings limits  and  lock  your  player  in  order to 
control the type of content people watch on your DVD player. 
Depending  on  the  disc,  you  can  replace  or  lock  out  violent 
scenes,  or  lock  out  playback  of  the  disc  altogether.  You  can 
enter the password to change the parental control level.

 

PASSWORD 

- You can change the password to prevent children from accessing the Parental Control 

settings. Input the default password
