Using the repeat playback function
All tracks in the playback area can be played back repeatedly.
Specified intervals within a track can also be played back (A-B
repeat playback).
Ordinary repeat playback settings
A selected track or all tracks can be played back repeatedly.
Press the main unit
SHIFT
button to activate shift mode (
SHIFT
indicator lit), and press the
4 [REPEAT]
button to select one of the
following repeat modes.
The remote control
REPEAT
button can also be pressed to cycle
through the modes.
Single track repeat (“1REP” shown on the Home Screen)
The selected track will play back repeatedly.
All track repeat (“REP” shown on the Home Screen)
All tracks* will play back repeatedly.
*When playing a folder on a data CD, all tracks in the folder will be
repeated. During program playback, all tracks in the program will
be repeated.
Off (no indicator)
Playback will not repeat.
Turning off repeat playback
Press the
REPEAT
button on the main unit or remote control
repeatedly until “
1REP
” and “
REP
” do not appear on the display.
NOTE

If repeat playback is enabled during playback, playback will
continue as is until everything has been played. Then, playback
will continue from the beginning. If it is enabled when playback
is stopped, pressing the
PLAY (

)
button will start repeat
playback.

The repeat function setting is retained even when the unit is
turned off.
A-B repeat playback settings (audio CDs only)
Specified intervals within a track can be played back (A-B repeat
playback). Follow the procedures below to use A-B repeat playback.

A-B repeat is not possible with data CDs, SD cards or USB flash
drives.
