6.3.1 Add New User
First enter the user name. Then enter the user password and then verify the password by entering it again.
Choose Add User to finish

With the user selected from the drop down list, choose Change Password. The user must enter a new
password and then verify the password by entering it again.
6.3.3 Delete
With the user selected from the drop down list, choose Delete.
