Pot settings  

On the pot settings pages, parameters of the pot can be maintained. 
Adjustment of this data should only be carried out by trained personnel. 

Incorrect configurations can lead to malfunctions of the feeder. 
Before making changes, it is always advisable to make a backup of the 

current settings. See also 9.6.2 Backup page / 9.6.3 Restore page. 

9.8.1

 

General  

Under the general settings of the pot, various times are defined how the pot 

should convey the screws 

 

Element 

Description 

Start conveying when sensor is free 

[sec]. 

Defines the time when the pot should 

start pumping screws again. 
If the sensor does not detect a screw 

for the specified time before the 

chopper and no other condition 

prevents this, the pot is switched on. 

Promote follow-up time if sensor 

occupied [sec.] 

Duration of how long the drip 

continues to feed screws once a 

screw has been detected by the 

sensor before the chopper. 

If the signal is permanently on for the 

set time, the pot is switched off 

because the supply of screws is full. 

The prerequisite is that no other 

condition prevents this. 
 

Conveying time after chopping off [sec] 

When chopping off a screw, the bowl 

is switched on. The pot is then left 

running for at least the time defined 

under "Conveying time after 

chopping" so that the screws can be
