TCF EVO Line and TCF X Line
Faults, messages, causes and remedies
To reduce noise emission, the sorting bowl is at rest during work breaks. When
the screwdriver is actuated, the sorting bowl immediately becomes active again.
The pause time is the run-on time of the sorting bowl after the last screwing. To
set the pause time, proceed as described in chapter 9.8.1 General errorFehler!

This function is used to set the time that the singling slide remains in the
extended position.
To set the time for the singling slider, please proceed as described in chapter
9.9.1 Singling (chopping off).
Depending on the screw, a different amount of time is required for the screw to
fall through the separation into the feed tube.
To set the time for the SPiW - congestion-free buffer section through intelligent
helix management, proceed as described in chapter 9.8.3. SPiW(trap door).
There is a sensor above the outlet rail which detects the filling quantity of the
outlet rail.
As soon as this sensor is occupied, the time "SpiW" runs.
When this time has elapsed, the pneumatic cylinder in the sorting bowl is
actuated, which moves the trap door in the sorting bowl downwards and conveys
the screws out of the sorting track back into the sorting bowl.
