8 PCBA exchange
For L2 repair center, if Level 2E repair does not solve the failure, it is mandatory to change the PCBA and
follow the process as below.
1) Collect the PCBA (without accessories, LCD and camera). MIC should be enclosed when you
exchange the PCBA.
2) Get a new PCBA from the swap stock. Reuse those accessories to assemble the mobile.
3) Fill in the record sticker with IMEI number, fault code, short code, Hardware Technical Level and
software version.
4) Send the NG PCBA with record sticker back to RSH

NOTE for defective PCBAs
All the defective PCBAs should be sent to RSH. If RSH send defective PCBAs for L3 repair, please DO
follow the packaging requirement mentioned in TN14011.
10 Functional test
During the function test, the following items must be checked and validated.
1) Cosmetic aspect of the handset,
2) The Software Technical sticker state on the Board
3) Switch on the handset
4) Default welcome message
5)
Open “Calculator” application, and dial 0x0-0+= to start the MMI test
