1 Level 2E repair process

2 Warranty Check and Visual Inspection
2.1 Warranty confirmation of L1
IMEI check:
1) Power on the handset, click-through
“Settings” -> “About tablet” -> “Status” -> “IMEI
information
”.
2) Open Phone App and type
“*#06#”.
3) IMEI label is on the SD/SIM slot cover (as illustrated in the following figure)
If the IMEI label on the SD/SIM slot cover remains:
We should make sure that the IMEI number in the system MUST be the same with the one on the
IMEI label; if not, it should be out of warranty.
