Playback via Bluetooth
®
The sound station can play audio files from
Bluetooth
®
-compatible mobile
devices (mobile telephones, tablets).
• Be sure to read the instructions for your mobile device.
• If there are problems with the
Bluetooth
®
function, switch the
sound station off as necessary and wait a few seconds before
turning it back on and trying again.
• Some devices need more time to establish a connection; this is
not a malfunction.
• The sound station can only be connected to one device at a time
and can only play audio files from this device. You will have to
disconnect the first device before connecting another device to
the sound station.
• You may be required to enter a password. If so, enter
0000
.
Connecting the sound station to a Bluetooth
®
device (“pairing”)
Slide the On/Off switch on the back of the device to
ON
.

Press the volume dial, several times if necessary, until
BT
is shown

on the display.
Hold
pressed down for a few seconds until
BT
flashes

quickly on the display. The sound station is now ready for “pairing”
(establishing a connection).
Turn on the
Bluetooth
®
function on your mobile device.

Start the device scan on your mobile device.

from the list.

As soon as the devices are successfully connected, you will hear
a confirmation signal from the sound station.

Operation
The functions can be controlled either on the connected mobile device,
such as your smartphone, or on the sound station:
Start/stop playback:
(press 1x)
Next track:
(press 1x)
Fast forward:
(press and hold)
High-speed rewind:
(press and hold)
Start of the track:
(press 1x)
Previous track:
(press 2x)
The operation also depends on your mobile device.
For example, many devices have no stop function.
Connecting external audio devices
Further external audio devices, such as CD or MP3 players or tablets, can
be connected to the sound station with the supplied audio cable via the
AUX IN
connection.
