Determine if the front panel of PWR A and PWR B LED is green or ON.

Dry Contact Alarm Relay (DCAR)

A terminal block on the TC8518 provides for the dry contact relay alarm. This relay 
may be used in conjunction with an external device to monitor the condition of the 
TC8518. The rack mounted DCAR is located at the bottom of the TC8518.

Normally in the OPEN position, any alarm condition will trigger the switch to the 
CLOSED position.
