Operating Procedures
Step 7
Place an empty mix pail under the draw arm plate (if
the machine is not equipped with a trough).

Pour the sanitizing solution into the hopper.

Brush clean the mix hopper.

Step 10
Place the beater switch in the ON position and set
the timer for five minutes.

Step 11
After five minutes have elapsed, open the draw arm
plate and drain the sanitizer into the empty mix pail.
Note:
If your machine is equipped with a trough,
drain the sanitizer into the trough.
Step 12
Place the beater switch in the “OFF” position and
the flow adjustment knob in the “CLOSE” position.
