Operating Procedures
Step 3
Slide the seal over the shaft and groove until it
snaps into place.

Step 4
Fill the inside portion of the seal with 1/4” (6 mm)
more lubricant and lubricate the flat side of the seal
that fits onto the rear shell bearing.

Step 5
Lubricate the beater shaft.
IMPORTANT! DO
NOT lubricate the hex end of the beater shaft.

Step 6
Inspect each scraper blade for any nicks or signs of
excessive wear. If any nicks or signs of wear are
present, replace the blade.
