Spray a clean sanitizer-soaked grill cloth once with
grill cleaner. Wipe the soiled side of the release
sheet until clean. See Figure 86.

Rinse with a separate clean sanitizer-soaked grill
cloth to rinse off the remaining grill cleaner.
Repeat for all of the release sheets. See Figure 87.

Using the grill scraper, scrape the grease on the
lower grill plate from front to back. Do not scrape
across the rear of the lower plate with the grill
scraper. See Figure 88.

Using the grill squeegee to push residual grease
into the grease cans. See Figure 89.

Remove the Rear Grease Guard. (The lower plate
must be in the up position to be able to remove the
Grease Guard. See Figure 90.

Spray the upper platens with grill cleaner starting
with the sides and back. If you have three upper
platens, lower the middle platen first to easily
access the adjoining sides of the right and left
platens.

After spraying the sides, spray the surface of each
upper platen three times to cover the bottom,
middle and the top. See Figure 91.
