Using the Menu
Simple Menu / Settings
Auto Power Off
This function turns off the power of the projector automatically when the
input source of the projector no longer has a signal.
The setting can be made from 5 minutes to 20 minutes in 5-minute portions.
Align the cursor with the
Auto Power Off
item name and change the set-
ting content with the cursor buttons (
◀▶
).
Each press of the (

) cursor button will change the setting one step in the
sequence of
Off

▶
20 min.
. Adjust to the
desired setting content.
When
Auto Power Off
is set to an arbitrary number of minutes, the opera-
tion will be as described below.
When a no signal condition continues for approximately 10 minutes,
“No Signal – Auto Power Off” will be displayed as shown below, and the
power will be turned off when the set time passes.
The source input will be processed while the display appears; however,
pressing an operation button other than the POWER/STANDBY button
will close the display and cancel the function.

Some video decks and other equipment will output
a blue background or other video from the video
deck side when playback is completed. Under this
condition, there will be a signal input to the projec-
tor and thus
Auto Power Off
will not operate.
