User-Defined Programmes (U)

One user-defined programme with 16 segments can 

be stored per user.

1.  Select the user-defined programme (U) with 

the  PROGRAM button or the +/- buttons and 

confirm with the MODE button (Figure 6).

The first LED segment in the display flashes (Figure 7).

2.  To set the resistance levels (1–24) for the 

individual segments, use the +/- buttons and 

confirm each of the 16 segments with the MODE 

button.

One LED corresponds to four resistance levels.

To leave the programme earlier, press and hold 

the MODE button for two seconds.

After entering the 16 segments, the time flashes.

3.  Set the training time with the +/- buttons.
4.  To start the programme, press the START/STOP 

button.

During the workout it is possible to adjust the resistance level with the +/- buttons.

5.  To pause the programme, press the START/STOP button again.
6.  To end the programme, briefly press the RESET button in the paused programme.
