Step 3: Assembly of the Double Pulley Blocks and Pulleys
1. Attach the double pulley blocks (13) to the upper slide block (6) with one shaft (37) and one bolt
assembly (36) each.
2. Tighten the bolts and nuts (36).
3. Slightly pull the fast pin (23) and slide the upper slide block (6) over the upright frame (2).
4. Tighten the fast pin (23) again and make sure it engages in one of the holes on the upright
frame (2).
5. Attach one pulley (20) and one large pulley (38) to each double pulley block (13) with one bolt
assembly (31) each.
6. Attach one pulley (20) along with one cable slide (7) to the top and bottom of the upright frame (2)
with one bolt assembly (32) each.
7. Attach one buffer (28) to the top and bottom
of the upright frame (2) with one bolt
assembly (34) each.
