- Put the battery in its compartment,
respecting the polarity (Fig. 1).
- Close the cover of the battery com-
partment (E).
- It is essential that the batteries should
always be the same kind and the same
charge. Never mix alkaline batteries
with normal one (Carbon-Zinc) and/or
rechargeable ones.
- NB: When changing the batteries, the
configuration of the appliance will be
removed, and you will need to reset the
parameters of the appliance.
Instructions for use
Before use:
- Make sure that all the product’s packa-
ging has been removed.
- Prepare the appliance according to the
function you wish to use.
Adjustment of date and time:
- Press at the same time the start/stop
button (B) and the memory button (C).
- The figure for the month will start to
flash (I). Press the memory button to
select the appropriate month.
- Then press the start/stop button to
change the day (J), which will start to
flash. Press the memory button to select
the appropriate day.
- Then press the start/stop button to
change the hour (K), which will start to
flash. Press the memory button to select
the appropriate hour.
- Then press the start/stop button to
change the minutes (L), which will start to
flash. Press the memory button to select
the appropriate minutes. Press the start/
stop button once again to finalize the
adjustment of date and time.
Use:
- Uncover your forearm and do up the
wristband so that the visor is on the inner
part of the forearm 1cm from the palm of
your hand. Make sure the wristband fits
correctly. (Fig. 2).
- Place your arm on a table, with the palm
of the hand facing upwards so that the
wrist is at the level of your heart, ensuring
that you can read the screen perfectly.
Use the appliance’s protective case as
a support for your wrist if required (Fig. 3).
- Start the appliance by pressing the start/
stop button. The LCD display screen will
light up showing all the symbols. Wait
until you hear a “beep”.
- The relevant memory number (N) will
now appear (U1, U2 or U3). Press the
memory button to change the memory.
Once this has been selected, press the
start button to see the previous mea-
surement values shown. If there are no
measurements in the memory, the screen
will display “0”. The wrist cuff will now
expand automatically.
- Keep still, without talking and with the
appliance at the level of your heart until
the measurement process has finished.
- When the measurement process has
finished, the wrist cuff will contract
automatically and the LCD screen will
display the values of systolic pressure,
