Place cuff over left arm so the cuff tubing is centered on the 

inside of your arm and aligned with your middle finger.

Fully charge the blood pressure 

monitor before first use.

Rest your bare (or thinly clothed) left arm flat on a table. 

The bottom of the cuff should be about 1/2" above your 

elbow. Tighten the cuff firmly, leaving about 1 finger space.

Measurement

Make sure to fully insert the 

cuff tubing connector into 

the blood pressure monitor.

Note the direction of the 

cuff tubing and alignment 

with your middle finger.

Clear

Press any button to stop a measurement and to turn off the 

monitor.

Press and hold the User 2 button for 10 seconds until the 

screen displays the select language page

.

The screen will display the wireless network setup page. 

Launch the iHealth MyVitals app, go to Select New Devices 

and choose Clear (BPM1). Follow the on-screen instructions 

to finish setting up your wireless network.

Ready to connect, launch MyVitals 
app.

Connecting WiFi...

Setup complete! Your blood pressure 

measurements will automatically 

upload to the iHealth MyVitals app.

Insert cuff tubing connector into blood pressure monitor 

unit, and the monitor will power on automatically.

Press User 1 or User 2 button again to start a measurement.

During the measurement, you will feel the cuff tightening 

around your arm. Remain still and do not move your arm 

until the measurement is complete.

Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search 

"iHealth MyVitals." Download the app and then log in.

You will need to select your language after turning on the 

monitor for the first time.
