Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, 10 seconds,
speed 5.
Add the oil slowly through the lid with the measuring
cup in the upper position so that the mixture
emulsifies and doesn’t splash, at speed 5.

Put all ingredients, accept the oil, in the jug program

Pour in the oil slowly using the measuring cup attach
the lid in the upper position so that the mixture
emulsifies and doesn’t splash, at speed 6.

Heat the oil for 2 minutes, 120º, speed 1. Brown the
garlic, the leek and the carrot 5 minutes, 120º, speed
1. Add the tomato, the bay, the salt, the sugar and
the parsley. Program 20 minutes, 120º at speed 1.
Allow to cool for a few minutes, place the measuring
cup in the blocked position on top of the lid and
press the TURBO button, until the desired texture is
achieved.
