Put all the ingredients into the jug.
Program 2 minutes, speed 7<10 progressive to
obtain a smooth creamy consistency.
Add oil to the jug and program 2 minutes, 120º,
speed 1.
Add the red pepper and salt and brown for 10
minutes, 120º, speed 1. Add the cream cheese and
press TURBO until the desired texture has been
achieved.
Cool the cream in the fridge and serve spread on
pieces of toast.
>>They could be accompanied by anchovy fillets or
stuffed olives.
