Put the sugar and water in the jug and programme 4
minutes, 120º, speed 3. Add the lemon juice and mix
for 30 seconds, speed 3.
Keep the mixture in the fridge. Once it is frozen,
emulsify for 1 minute, speed 5.
Put the sugar and water in the jug and programme
2 minutes, 120º, speed 3. Add the orange juice and
mix for 30 seconds, speed 3.
Put the mixture aside in the freezer. When it is frozen,
emulsify for 1 minute, speed 5.
Put the sugar and water into the jug and programme
4 minutes, 120º, speed 3. add the pineapple
chopped into pieces and chop for 2 minutes, speed
gradually increasing 7-10.
Keep the mixture in the freezer. When it is frozen,
emulsify for 1 minute, speed 5.
